Terms and conditions for the sale of the laser epilation package 

§ 1 Introduction
These rules and regulations for the use of laser epilation services set out the rules for the use of the
the person who purchased the laser epilation package service via the website www.zabieginacialo.com. Laser epilation treatments are provided by the company's Womenline Ewa Nieczypor NIP: 6912192475, Regon: address: 58-500 Jelenia Góra Grodzka 13, at location 58-500 Jelenia Góra ul. Grodzka 13.  The salon offers a comprehensive range of laser epilation treatments for the body or parts of the body. The treatments may be used by adults, natural persons with full legal capacity or persons with limited legal capacity with the prior written consent of their legal guardian given in person at the Womenline salon prior to the performance of the treatment.
 
§ 2 Obligations of the customer
Customers are required to read the Terms and Conditions for the sale of the laser epilation package, available at www.zabieginacialo.com prior to commencement of the procedure and to comply with its provisions, and to follow the recommendations of the
Womenline. Each client who proceeds with the treatment declares that he or she has read the Terms and Conditions of sale for the laser epilation package and that he or she fully accepts these Terms and Conditions and has no objections to them. The above also applies to the signing of the Client Card, i.e. a document in which the Client indicates his/her medical history allowing the exclusion of existing contraindications to the laser epilation treatment, becomes familiar and declares that he/she is familiar with the laser epilation treatment procedures, is aware of the benefits and possible side effects and agrees to undergo the laser epilation treatment voluntarily - a specimen Client Card is available at the following address: www.zabieginacialo.com. The Client is obliged to fill in and sign the Client Card before starting the Treatment. The client is obliged to inform Womenline of any contraindications listed further in par. 4 and par. 5 of these Rules and Regulations, as well as of any other diseases, acute inflammatory conditions, HIV, history of jaundice, allergies, medications taken, dietary supplements, pregnancy, puerperium, inserted prostheses, valves, pacemakers, treatments performed at home or at another salon, and other contraindications to laser epilation treatment. Each time before the start of the next series, which occurs more than 45 days after the previous visit, the Client shall confirm that he or she still has no contraindications to the laser epilation treatment in question. The interview described in this paragraph 2 is carried out on the basis of the Client Card. The purchase of a laser epilation treatment service provided by Womenline is tantamount to the Customer declaring that he/she has no health contraindications to the use of the laser epilation treatment offered by Womenline (in particular those mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 below and in the specific Customer Card) and that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions of the laser epilation service and accepts its terms and conditions. The purchase of laser epilation services provided by Womenline is also tantamount to making the statements indicated in the Customer Card. Absolute contraindications to the use of laser epilation treatment are:
cancer, pregnancy, implanted defibrillator or pacemaker, metal implants, diabetes, chronic skin diseases, e.g. vitiligo, psoriasis, fish scales, blood clotting disorders, use of blood thinners, hypersensitivity to light, tendency to hyperpigmentation or scarring Vitiligo, psoriasis, ichthyosis, blood coagulation disorders, use of medicines that reduce blood coagulation, hypersensitivity to light, tendency to discolouration or scarring, red, grey or blonde hair are contraindications at the site of laser epilation due to the lack of melanin in the hair follicle, autoimmune diseases, immunopressure, photodermatoses, multiple sclerosis. Relative contraindications to the use of laser epilation treatment are: suntan, active skin infections, taking antidepressants, psychotropic drugs, steroids, taking antibiotics from the tetracycline group, laser dermabrasion performed within the last three months on the epilation area,certain dermocosmetic and surgical procedures, X-rays taken 1 (one) week before the treatment, consumption of alcohol (24 (twenty-four) hours before the treatment), breastfeeding, hormonal disorders and endocrine diseases, febrile states, antibiotics, epilepsy. The client is obliged to inform Womenline of any deterioration of his/her well-being during the treatments. The client is obliged to follow post-treatment instructions according to the instructions given during the treatment. In justified cases, in particular when there are doubts about the safety of carrying out the treatment, especially as a result of the interview referred to in paragraph 2 above, Womenline has the right to refuse to carry out the treatment or if the doubts regarding safety are temporary, to propose a new date of the treatment to the Client. If the Client has made a payment for the Treatment and the Treatment does not take place due to the circumstances indicated in the preceding sentence, Womenline shall refund to the Client the payment made by the Client. If a refund is required for a transaction made by the Client with a payment card, Womenline will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the Client's payment card. 
 
§ 3 Womenline offer
The purchased package of treatments is valid for 6 (six) months counted from the date of its purchase - during this period, the services based on the purchased package must be used. After the expiry of the validity period, the package becomes invalid and the package holder loses the rights deriving from it. If the package is not used by the package holder or if the package holder wishes to use the package after the expiry date, the package holder has no rights under the purchased package, nor can the package holder claim any compensation or refund of the package fee. The total number of laser epilation treatments performed within one package is a maximum of 6. With the purchase of the laser epilation package , the Client acquires the right to use Womenline services in the form of laser epilation treatments for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the first laser epilation treatment included in the laser epilation package. The laser epilation treatments included in the package are performed periodically, no more often than every 5 (five) weeks - depending on the Client's individual predisposition to laser action - for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months. Bearing in mind that the laser action of the laser epilation treatment depends on the individual predisposition of each client and depends among other things on the structure of the hair and the phase of the hair growth cycle, Womenline does not guarantee a full epilation effect as part of the laser package. The first effects of the Laser Epilation Treatment should be visible approximately 3 (three) weeks after the first Laser Epilation treatment. Subsequent series of laser epilation treatments should be performed at the intervals indicated by the Womenline staff. Before carrying out the subsequent series of laser epilation treatments, the Client is obliged to prepare for the laser epilation treatment as indicated, in particular by shaving the area where the laser epilation treatment is to be carried out.
 
§ 4 Responsibility
The Client's failure to comply with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions of the laser epilation service package, including, in particular, the failure to inform of medical contraindications, shall result in the exclusion of Womenline's liability. The Client shall be solely responsible for any consequences related to the concealment or omission of any disease or condition indicated in these Terms and Conditions or the Client Card as a contraindication to the treatments. Womenline shall not be held responsible for any failure of the desired results of the laser epilation treatment or complications after the treatment if the post-treatment instructions are not followed. The information provided by Womenline is for informational and educational purposes only and cannot replace the advice and recommendations of a doctor. By using Womenline's offer, the Customer is aware, acknowledges and agrees that Womenline does not offer medical consultations or advice. The use of laser epilation treatments is not a guarantee of total or everlasting Epilation.
 
§ 5 Complaints
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint about the laser epilation service. All complaints, grievances and claims shall be submitted in writing, otherwise being null and void, by registered mail to the address of Womenline's registered office as stated in § 1.1 of these Salon Rules or by e-mail to: zabiegginacialojeleniagora@gmail.com. The complaint should include at least: name, surname, address, electronic mail (e-mail) address of the User, the subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer's request, any circumstances justifying the complaint. The Buyer shall be informed by e-mail or in writing (depending on the form of complaint) within 30 (thirty) of the resolution of the complaint about the Service. If the complaint is not responded to within the indicated period, the complaint shall be deemed to be justified.
 
§ 6 Reservations
Once the package has been purchased, the client who purchased the package is contacted by telephone (or email) within 3 working days to arrange the first visit for the laser epilation service. Subsequent visits will be arranged with the Client individually. Clients must attend the booked Treatments at the agreed time. If the Client is significantly late for the laser epilation treatment, the treatment may have to be shortened or a new appointment may be made. In such a case, Womenline may refuse to perform the Treatment due to the fault of the Client, and indicate a new date on which the Treatment will be performed. The client shall always inform Womenline (by phone, e-mail, or in person) about the need to reschedule or cancel the appointment or the treatment, at least 48 (twenty-four) hours before the planned visit. If the booked appointment is not cancelled before 48 (twenty-four) hours before the treatment, the service shall be deemed provided and the amount corresponding to the price of the Treatment as set out in the price list or individually with the Client shall not be refunded. Womenline reserves the right to cancel the Treatment with simultaneous rescheduling or the possibility of arranging a new date at a later date. In emergency situations, clients will be informed about the need to cancel the treatment or to reschedule the treatment as soon as possible, in other cases - before 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled date. In the case of the necessity to reschedule a treatment due to circumstances lying on the side of the Salon, the Customer shall choose the most convenient nearest available treatment time.
 
§ 7 Payments
The online payment service provider is Blue Media. S.A. 
The available forms of payment are: Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro. If a refund is required for a transaction made by the Customer with a payment card, Womenline will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the Customer's payment card. The commencement of the service - if the Customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card - shall be from the date of credit to Womenline's bank account.
 
§ 8 Consumerwho has concluded a distance or off-premises contract , has the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days.
 
§ 9 Final provisions
Womenline is not responsible for children left unattended in the salon - the place where the laser epilation package is performed. Parents or their legal guardians shall be responsible for any damage or destruction caused by children. The client shall be financially responsible for culpable damage or destruction of salon equipment. Womenline is not responsible for valuables left unattended outside the designated storage area. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. Womenline reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. The customer shall be informed of any change to the Terms and Conditions before the change takes effect by making the new Terms and Conditions available on the following website www.zabieginacialo.com. The terms and conditions of the laser epilation service package are available at www.zabieginacialo.com. These Rules and Regulations shall be governed by Polish law. These Salon Regulations shall enter into force on 20.06.2023.
