Terms and conditions of visiting the Womenline Laser Depilation salon in Jelenia Góra

§ 1 Booking a visit

1.1   In order to book an appointment at the beauty salon, the client is required to pay a deposit of PLN 50 to the bank account provided or via BLIK payment.

1.2   The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Failure to pay within the specified time will result in cancellation of the visit.

1.3   Deposit payments should be made to:

§ 2 Rules for refunding the deposit

2.1   The deposit is refunded to the client at the end of the laser hair removal session, provided the appointment has been completed as scheduled.

2.2   In the event of cancellation by the client with less than 48 hours' notice or in the event of the client's absence, the deposit is non-refundable.

§ 3 Change of appointment

3.1   The client has the right to reschedule his/her appointment, provided that he/she informs the salon at least 48 hours in advance.

3.2   If the date is changed to a later date, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.

§ 4 Cancellation of a visit by the Salon

4.1   In the event of cancellation by the salon, the deposit will be refunded to the client in full or, with the client's consent, transferred to another date.

§ 5 Other payment

5.1   The remaining amount for the treatment is payable at the end of the visit, according to the salon's current price list.

§ 6 Final provisions

6.1   By making a booking, the customer accepts the above regulations.

6.2   The salon reserves the right to change the rules and regulations, of which customers will be informed in advance.
